After applying for a position posted in the local newspaper I received a call to schedule a face to face interview. The interview lasted for about one hour and they had 7 other candidates to interview over the next two days. Overall, the interview was very relaxed and informal with very few difficult to answer questions. My limited experience for the position was probably the reason for not receiving an offer rather than a bad interview. The interviewer was very informative about the company and what they were looking for. It took a phone call and a follow up email to get a rejection letter but I did receive a nice letter.
