Originally the interview process was supposed to be 3 rounds. Recruiter, hiring manager and department head. They wanted to hire quickly for this role yet I was asked to attend 5 interviews. I asked for feedback after the fifth round and was told they were moving in another direction. After a month and half you should have known what it was you are looking for in a candidate. The process was completely disorganized and wasn't a great experience. I removed myself from the process and accepted another offer.
