First got a phone call from a manager from a different complex, same company. They had me come in at a specified time and date to sit down and interview with the Supervisor and assistant regional manager. After being run over the coals with irrelevant questions, I was told I would receive a call back with news of a job. The supervisor was arrogant and smug. He acted as if he was all knowing, which, after working there, I found he was so wrong.

Phone interview with maint super. Mostly asked about my experience in maintenance field. Went well and a sitdown interview followed with super and property manager. after a few days I received a job offer to which I accepted.
