Pretty simple process really, I had a call from a lady a day after I applied. The lady called me back twice as I was interested in two different roles at the company She asked me to come see the CEO Damian and he covered the growth of the company and what they were looking for. The questions he asked were a little different, we spoke about sports surprisingly which made the interview relaxed and covered that we should try a second interview with the HR team for a few hours in the office as my experience really was around administration. I asked if I could see their events with Costco as I wanted a career change away from administration and a just having a desk job. That was really enjoyable as there sales department were really entertaining
