The managing director took some time to meet me and brief me in more detail about the company. I managed to explain about my background and where I wanted to go regarding my career. This led to an invitation to spend the day with a campaign manager who would brief me on the different projects the company was working on. There was a lot more than just learning about the campaigns, I got to spend a full day of work, perform some tasks to differentiate myself from other candidates, met the team. Learned way more about the company than I would have expected, and was happy to be selected for a final offer.
