The second round felt rushed and focused heavily on procedural questions rather than the design topics I had been led to expect. Following the second interview, both the Mondo recruiter and CentralReach stopped responding entirely. I never received a rejection or any follow-up communication, even after reaching out weeks later. For a company that initiated contact with me, failing to send a standard candidate update is unprofessional.
