Stay away from Mondo. Applied online for the SF office and was reached out to by a corporate recruiter from NY. He was great and I had a positive experience with him but that’s probably because he obviously benefits from me being hired. I was invited to the SF office and had an interview with two managers. There were only about 8 people in the office total and it seemed to be a very dull environment and really lacked energy. The interview went reasonably well to be fair, but my experience ended on a bad note. It is three weeks after my interview now and have not heard back, I have reached out to my corporate recruiter but he says he’ll ‘keep me updated’. I have accepted a job with a great company and would not work for Mondo anyways but I thought I would save future candidates the trouble because they are unprofessional, and their employees are clearly people that the top IT recruiting firms didn’t hire so they came here.

it was a very easy interview process. They were very prompt with answering all my questions in a timely fashion the receptionist was able and she said she was able to answer them all and that
I was approached by a recruiter. There were a total of 5 interviews with 2 calls with the recruiter for each round. It felt pushy and took way too long.

all for culture fit, not technical interview, make sure you are culture fit, willing to stick out sales training and they will let you aboard. Spoke to 3 different people in panel style.
