They want to see that you are a motivated and driven individual. The hiring manager wants to see that you are money hungry, if money does not motivate you then don't waste your time. All the company cares about is performance numbers, so be prepared to provide that information during the interview process.

I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
