I went in to the interview with an open mind but that was soon closed when I walked in to Mondo. There were just rows upon rows of computers for all day cold calling. When they said you have to make over 100 cold calls a day that turned me away. They do have fun within the company with events and trips but thats only if you want to put in long hours behind a computer calling people non stop.
Everyone in the interview was very polite and considerate but it just felt like I walked in to a ghost town.

Nothing was too out of the ordinary. Pretty straight forward questions

Spoke to the Senior Technical Recruiter. He talked about himself the whole time, and just wanted to see if I could keep a conversation. I feel he could probably care less about my background.
Then I was left to "shadow" with two of the employees. This was like I was pawned off on someone because the main guy was too busy. It was interesting to see the operations but after awhile I couldn't wait to leave.

Applied through LinkedIn and was contacted shortly after. Typical phone screening with a friendly recruiter. I'm at school out of state from where I applied, so I set up to come in for their invitation only open house over spring break. This was just an information session with 5 other students looking to start careers. The recruiter was great, very friendly and gave great answers to our questions. He also brought in a current Inside Sales Account Manager who gave her story and answered questions as well. He told us to take a few days to take it all in and contact him if we were interested in the next step. I did that, and he said the next step is to set up a one on one interview with him. (The open house was not really evaluating us, just giving us information). Unfortunately, a few weeks after this, I recieved an email saying their new VP has decided to only take on individuals with 6-12 months of experience, so I was out of the running. That being said, company seemed great, entry level position seemed tough but plenty of growth, and I was just unfortunately brushed aside because of the change.
