I was given some loan application conversion data and was asked to define and calculate 3 KPIs. The solution could be implemented in Excel or Tableau. The next stage was a technical interview with two senior members. The first half consisted of coding 2-3 simple SQL queries, whereas the second hald contained technical questions. The third stage was an interview with the VP. Nothing technical, more of a soft-skills interview and discussing salaries.
