165 question 'personality' exam, which largely asked questions like "have you ever been recognized for...". Which says more about my past supervisors than me.
You need to have them give you the personality exam first before you waste your time with their technical challenge as I did. This was not made known to me until after I spent time coding a frontend for them.
This whole process left me feeling like they just wanted some application ideas out of me without paying me for my time.
