Four assessment stages, one level assessment survey, one live coding interview, one take home assessment and one in person interview. One discussion with team (after receiving an offer). It took around a month to month and half for the full process to go through. Which is a bit longer than other companies.

Interview process was well structured and consisted of multiple stages. It started with an introductory screening call focused on background, experience, and role fit. This was followed by a coding interview that included an algorithm/problem-solving exercise. The next round involved a more advanced coding challenge that tested deeper technical skills and practical thinking. The final interview was moderate to challenging, with technical discussion questions such as when to choose a relational database versus a non-relational database and the trade-offs between them. Overall, the process was thorough, professional, and designed to evaluate both coding ability and system design knowledge.
