      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso MoneyPlus nel mese di ago 2024

      Colloquio

I applied online via a LinkedIn job ad and was then asked to attend an in-person interview about two weeks later by the company's Head of Recruitment, Learning and Development. It was a bizarre interview in a lot of ways. It was originally supposed to take place with the company's Client Services Director, but instead I met with a Team Leader who had been with the company for about 2 months and one of his colleagues in a similar role, who had been there for around 6 years apparently. She mostly sat off to the side and mostly just observed, seemingly to make sure he did a good job with the interview, but she also threw in some additional questions herself. The interview lasted perhaps around 30-35 minutes, they asked me fairly standard questions about my CV for the most part, as well as one or two competency-based questions, but didn't probe as deeply as perhaps they could/should have done. They then gave me the opportunity to ask questions, but I didn't really believe a lot of their answers as it felt like they were trying to tell me what they thought I wanted to hear. The interview clearly didn't go well from their side either as I was sent a rejection e-mail less than 3 hours later. When I asked for more detailed feedback, they said that this was against company policy. Frankly, if they had offered me a role, I would have turned it down anyway, and I wouldn't look to apply again either.
