The interview process was very well organised. The first step was a phone interview with a person from the people team. Then, I was sent a task which I needed to respond to different customer queries. After this, I had a interview with two people from the operations team. Lastly, the final stage was a culture interview with two people from the wider company. The people team was always updating me and checking in which made the process much better. Overall, it was a very well managed interview process.

Overall good experience. The interview was not too hard and the questions were clear as well as the interviewer. Some research on the company and the role beforehand is definitely helpful but then again that is the case for any role.

The process involved an initial phone screening, an assessment related to the role, and a final interview. The entire process took under one month and was very efficient. The interviewers and HR Team were all very friendly and welcoming. Overall the process was enjoyable and a great opportunity to see if there was a mutual fit with the company.
