The interview process felt one-sided. Rather than taking the time to get to know me—my working style, past experience, and how I could add value—the interviews were focused on constantly testing me and making me prove why I’d be a good fit. It felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. As a result, I didn’t feel like the company was trying to assess whether we were a mutual fit. I ultimately did not complete the final interview because I received another offer, which I accepted.
