5 hours long. Showers by the entrance so it means they don't want you to go home. Probably same for any startup. Who cares about the perks(snacks, free lunch once a week, pool table). Already work long hours being living in NYC. Just want to go home and spend time with a family. Mongodb suppose to solve bigger problems but undermine other aspect of life that are more important to humanity and it's mere existence.

One of the interviewer was rude. Did not acknowledge when I asked "Hi, How are you?" couple of times!

Positive energy, However, there was a lack of structure.
I had an intro call with the recruiter with a scheduled interview with the hiring manager, who upfront told me this is not an interview but an intro call.
The interviewing manager did not even ask about my experience or past work history or any technical questions.
The job description itself was very misleading labeling it as a system engineer when the company is looking for more of a compliance/security engineer.
