Received a direct approach from Mongo (multiple times) and also they had an internal employee referral.
The process was full of false promises, missed time slots, zero follow up, disjointed feedback and quite frankly the worst candidate experience imaginable.
If this is how they conduct their interview processes then god knows how they work as a business internally ?
My suggestion is if you get contacted by their internal recruiters then push to speak to a hiring manager asap, if they don't allow / arrange that then walk away QUICKLY.
There internal recruiters certainly apply the 'throw 100's of CV's at the wall and one will stick'.....to call them Talent acquisition is an insult to anyone with talent.

I felt very comfortable and welcome throughout the interview process. The questions are a bit challenging but very relevant to the works. I also have very sufficient opportunity to learn the job and environment. I highly recommend the suitable candidate to apply and voice out the needs during the interview.
