1 recruiter screen (about experience/what do you know of mongodb), followed by 1 coding interview over the phone (with a women which I liked, because I am a women in tech), and then virtual on-site with 3 interviews (all coding). Really nice interviewers - they seemed excited about working at MongoDB, and answered all questions with patience!
