The below are the steps:--- a) HR calls and takes a small set of questions and checks your skills b) Two rounds of technical interview c) 3 rounds of technical interview in Gurugram d) Final round with Manager/HR Be prepared for interview process of 2 months. The above was updated to me by HR. After my resume went through the initial steps the Hiring-manager had a doubt as to why I left a company after working for 5 months, I answered that since the project moved out. The hiring manager stuck to it for around 18 days and did not comeback. I finally wrote to HR that I am not interested as the hiring manager is not competant enough to take a simple decision as to interview should be scheduled or not !!! and dont know how capable he is in taking other decisions related to MONGODB. Also updated that this kind of attitude is not good for MONGODB with the resources for this are very rare. I also updated that this should be escallated in the right way so that it does not repeats again.
