(Note: This Interview Took Place Before Covid) It was a multistep interview process where I met several members of the team in person and, while still at headquarters, via a conferencing app in a soundproof room. The questions you get depend on the person asking - With social media team lending more towards questions about how you create content, manage your time, what sort of programs you use - - While more technical people will ask you what you what you know about technology/and MongoDB specifically, how you (especially if you're non-technical) will be able to engage their audience, etc etc. The interview is challenging in that you have to think on your feet many times throughout the day...But it isn't extremely difficult. Treat it like a conversation.
