The interview consisted of 5 interviews in total: 2 technical, 2 general, and the hiring manager. The interview process was quick and they followed up within 2-3 weeks by phone. Everyone was very nice and approachable. The interviews and interactions all felt very comfortable. This position was a few steps back from where I am at now in my career, so I ultimately was not a good fit for it, but I appreciated the exploration and discussions.

The interview process involves an initial phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with a current colleague. Subsequently, there are two technical interviews with senior team members. The technical exploration was enjoyable. However, during the fourth interview, the interviewer primarily focused on drilling into my networking skills and did not explore my other competencies. Unfortunately, the outcome was a rejection based on perceived shortcomings in networking skills. It appears that the emphasis for this particular role was on hiring a networking expert, and the cloud and database knowledge did not hold relevance in the interview process.
