The interview process at MongoDB was sensational. From the beginning I was informed about all the details about the job position and as I progressed through the selection process, I had more clarity when talking and interacting with each member of the team, whether more technical or business. The process was masterfully conducted by everyone involved. It's great to have humanized feedback at a time where we have so little human contact.
