C'était un process clair, bienveillant mais ambitieux. Les profils recherchés doivent posséder une intelligence adaptative, une culture poussée de l'IT et une capacité d'apprentissage rapide et de synthèse. Il peut y avoir entre 5 et 8 rdv dont un test mathématiques et de lettres à passer. Une aisance en anglais est indispensable car le bootcamp est en anglais et il est ô combien précieux.

How you create your tiering, how you make your PG, 3 why etc..
Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
