Three rounds of interviews with manager, hiring manager, and a manager of a department I will be working with closely. Both the logoisitics of the interviews and the interviews themselves were incredibly pleasant. Each interviewer was casual and relaxed with me which made me feel like I could really be myself and go in depth on my experience and interests. Their questions were practical/relevant to the role itself and it just felt like a conversation.
