The first interview was a screening interview by the recruiter. Then I spoke with the hiring manager. From there I had another two 1:1 interviews with key stakeholders. The last interview was a test teach in front of a panel. The entire process took 5 weeks. The recruiting process was amazing (shoutout to Harris Ono!) and it really made Mongodb stand out from other companies.
