Contacted by recruiter, had 2 phone interviews and 1 skype interview. Everyone was quite friendly and the interview went smoothly. The interview questions were not that hard, just typical coding challenges. After 2 phone interviews, I was given a skype interview with more coding challenges.

2. 25 minute phone call interview with recruiter was very pleasant. Call was to gauge interest in the work MongoDB does.
Did not make it to final round. Communication was very clear and had a fast turnaround.

Really good and well structured interview process. The recruiters replied within a day max if not sooner, the interviewers were all invested and did not come across as cocky. Other companies should really look at MongoDB's interview process to know what a good end to end process/pipeline looks like.

Onsite:
Lunch with the new grads
2 Technical Interviews - Algos/DS + Problem Solving
1 Technical non coding interview - going over past problems, work experience, system design
