2 interview with hiring manager, personnality and logic assessment (2 hours), interviews with Sales engineer, N+2 and N+3, and the "challenge" : a week to prepare and 1h30 to present exec people, helped by 2-3 coaching sessions. Quite intense, they are demanding but also spend resources on it. very structured, everyone want it to be a success and are benevolent.

Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
