The process was quite length, challenging and of a high standard, but this also made it very insightful. It includes multiple steps that are all very relevant (to assess the skills) for the job and you receive high-quality feedback while doing so. You also meet managers and other important stakeholders throughout the process. I was challenged but learned a lot from this experience. I was also very well-guided by the recruiter during the process.
