Interview with Mongodb was special.
First call is with HR which is asking if you would consider an opportunity at MongoDB, they also ask you some background info to verify if you can be a good fit for the company.
After this call the HR team shares with you some links to review prior to your next interview.
On this second call you will get judge based on what your questions are about MongoDB and specially based on the role you are fitting in.
Third call is technical, and in this one is the one where I felt in love with MongoDB. They are asking you to solve a problem that you are unprepared to.
The mindset is, we don't care about what you already know, we care about what you will know. I totally agree with this mindset.
Forth call is with a member with your future team and you ask things on how real life is at mongodb.
Fifth call you discuss the offer.
