It was very conversational and easy-going. The interview was with the current chief of staff and another member of their team. The time commitment was quite a lot for someone in their first year of MBA and they communicated their expectations clearly.

I learned about the Chief of Staff opportunity through my MBA program in Chicago and reached out to the CEO directly, via email. Her Executive Assistant facilitated an in person interview within one week, and I came in again the next week to meet with the head of HR. The communication throughout this process was great, and the individuals I met with were professional and personable. When interviewing, I recommend researching the company's values and being able to articulate how you see yourself embodying those values.
