I applied for the position online through a Indeed.com. Received telephone interview within 2weeks from a Recruiter. I followed up with a video interview. Basic customer service questions. Received offer within a week
Interview process is not to long but does make sure you have the experience required to be good at your role. they do provide training sometimes but you must have some level of experience in the field with at least 2 different security brands
