1: Recruiter call (bland, boring woman who sounded like she was reading off a script the whole time) 2. Call with director 3. take home assessment (project took a while and the company went dark for 2 weeks after I sent them a few follow-up emails) 4. Shockingly, they sent me an email 2 weeks after submitting the take-home assessment to move on the final round which was a panel interview with 3 other people. At this point, I was very much skeptical of the company due to the horrendous recruiting/talent acquisition employees who couldn't even have the decency to send me an email with an update on the process. There were numerous times I've followed up after each of the prior steps with no response from the company. However, I decided to do the panel interviews since it was the final round. After completing these interviews, they ghosted me again with no updates after I reached out on the status of the role. Can't believe I fell for it again. Stay far away from this company if you don't want to waste hours and hours of your life.
