I found the interview process to be quite disappointing and a waste of my time. During my initial interview with Mila Minnella, she appeared disengaged and seemed to be multitasking which affected the overall experience. To my dismay - I later learned that the position I interviewed for had already been filled and they were only considering backup candidates. The interview itself lasted less than 10 minutes. Based on this experience and the conduct of their recruitment staff - I have concerns about the working culture at Monks.
