I was contacted by an internal recruiter based on a recommendation for the role from a previous colleague. It started with talking to the recruiter, then moving to the Art Director for the second interview, then finally a half day of team interviews with various members of the team. Everyone was friendly, asked good straight forward questions, and seemed to be very interested in my answers.
