The interview process started with a phone call, by a super friendly person who walked me through a series of questions about myself, mostly soft skills. I then had to complete an assignment. They were professional but also understanding and friendly. I then was asked for an in-person interview where we went over my company fit and hard skills - really great and fair hiring process - great company
