The process is professional. I had a phone interview, and got a face to face interview in the same week. I had 2 face to face interviews. The full process lasted less than 2 weeks.

It's a formal interview, but not stressful, because they make you feel very comfortable . They asked questions to get to know me and see if I would be a good fit in the team.
