Interview process was clear. Although I did not get selected but I enjoyed meeting amazing people from Monzo They asked really good and challenging questions They made me very comfortable during the interview They heard my answers properly and also gave me feedback

As Monzo only interview on Tuesdays I think by the end of the day the people interviewing are fed up. The person that interviewed me was distracted during my interview and I could see they were looking elsewhere. It was a very robotic interview and there wasn’t an opportunity for me to show my personality. Within the the first few minutes I was deflated as I knew this wasn’t the place I wanted to work for. I felt as if I was treated as a number and not a person so that didn’t sell Monzo to me. As expected I wasn’t offered a role but if offered I think I would have had to decline it as the first impressions were really bad.
