The Super Day interview at Moody's was an hour and a half- (3, 30-minute interviews back to back). I met with a total of 6 people. The interview was extremely interrogational. The interviewees were arrogant and did not seem like they wanted to get to know me, which made the interview process feel robotic and cold. The hiring manager of the SFG came off very condescending, and seemed unprepared to interview- it seemed like this interviewer was asking questions from the top of his/her head. These questions consisted of difficult technical questions on advanced topics that did not apply to the entry level position. It appeared that this interviewer had no interest in me before I could even introduce myself. This experience was very unprofessional and a major turn-off. In addition, HR will not give you the courtesy of responding to emails. Interviewing at Moody's was definitely a very negative experience every way possible. I was very excited about the opportunity to interview with this company, but I was totally disappointed in the end. I would not recommend Moody's to any candidate who may be interested in applying. Save yourself the time and stress.
