Interview process was straight forward, 3 interviews the final being a brief presentation. Nothing major, just a pitch on a product you familiar with. Got great feedback throughout. Ultimately didn't get the job, which isn't the issue. Automated email informing me they passed. I can understand automating initial rejections due to candidacy volume, but for the handful of candidates who made it to the final, I think its pretty disrespectful to not pick up the phone, have a conversation, and share some feedback.
