I had sent my resume to an employee of the company that known a recruiter. The recruiter about a day later called me for a phone screen. A date for an interview in person was then settled upon for a few days later only because I had been busy with other things at the time, but could have been done the very next day. After the interview, a day later I received a call telling me what their decision was.
