Position was for 12+ month contract as a design engineer at moog-flowtork in Orville, OH. 1st phone interview with headhunter. Sends info to manager and sets up 2nd phone interview with manager. 2nd phone interview with manager went well, basic question, discusses resume. Contact headhunter to setup onsite interview. Very long interview. Met with 4 people and plant tour.... Pleasant experience, but always a bad apple.... Clearly someone was being pressured and made it clear i was not welcome. Dispappointed, definitely a good opportunity. Company shows signs of severe restructuring. Many new employees, new managers. Companies should always interview in groups, makes everyone stay inline and follow rules.
