First phase was a test that asked basic shop questions. Second was a panel of 4 machinists that asked me how to use different shop tools and measure various items.

First Phase was testing that asked basic terms and machine tools that would be in a shop. Second phase composed of an interview panel with four machinists. They asked me how to use various shop measuring tools and had me measure things.
