The interview process I've been through was in a two parts. It started with a 30 min phone interview with an engineer. We talked about my experience, current role responsibilities, and achievements. I received feedback within hours and was invited for an on-site interview. During the on-site interview, I've met the recruiting manager, 2 engineers, and a person from HR. The interview covered technical aspects of the role but also questions to see if I'd fit in the company culture. I especially noticed during the interview that the company cares about the employees aspirations in term of career development. It was a very positive interview experience. Feedback was very quick and communication with the HR department was easy.
