I had been fielding calls from various companies and recruiting agencies for several weeks before taking a call with Moogsoft. I was immediately impressed by the conversation I had with their dedicated recruiter - he knew the industry and more about tech than most other folks that I had spoken with. This was a big plus. Given that Moogsoft is still a start up, expect to speak with executive level employees throughout your interview process. This is a great chance to ask insightful questions and get a sense of where this start up is headed.
