Waste of time. They offered me twice as lower as I make after 7 interviews and 15 hours spent in total for this company. They downgraded my level in quite ignorant manner. HR ignored my current salary expectations and said "fine". Home assignment, tech interviews were easy and in a friendly manner, I solved and answered all their questions, but the final feedback was confusing - they declared me as a Medium (in terms of MoonPay extremely talented people) Home assignment took 10 hours and was paid 35£! It was cumbersome but not difficult, and not representative, even contrived.

The interview process includes a recruiter call lasting around 30 minutes, followed by an initial screening of 30-45 minutes. Afterward, there's a pair programming exercise, a virtual onsite stage with 2-3 interviews of 30 minutes each, and a final interview lasting 30 minutes.

There were many stages: screening interview -> pair programming -> cross-functional (behavioural) -> system design -> 2 more general interviews with leads, most followed by a short feedback session. It took around 1 month overall.
