*This is a review for a position I applied to at Moov's new Women's Wellness App - Sanity & Self.
The process started with me applying online on Angel.co, where I had an initial call. A week later I was given a 2 part take-home technical assessment, followed up with two more calls (one of which was with the team, then one with the hiring manager and the CEO), and finally an on-site interview/meeting the team. The on-site also included a QA assessment on the interface of their home-page.
I was told that they were impressed with my technical assessment, and the team meeting/on site seemed to go well. The hiring manager told me he would get back to me soon about whether or not I got the job. I had a few back and forth e-mails about technicalities with the hiring manager, however I never heard back. It has now been over a month since the on-site. I have sent numerous e-mails asking for any sort of update with no success.
The QA (quality assurance) test that I did during the on-site was specific to their content and product layout, and I was told by the team that they were impressed by what I had produced, and that they would take it into consideration for future redesigns. They specifically said they would take a photo of my work (which was on a white board) for them to refer back to.
Overall I find this very unprofessional, considering I was never e-mailed back. I would not recommend spending your time interviewing for this company.
