First step was an interview with HR. Second step was an online test. Third step was an interview with Salesforce Developer and a Salesforce Consultant. This was being interviewed for an unpaid one month Salesforce Developer academy. On the first interview the HR said they will take several candidates which will meet their standards. The whole process took about a month + 2 weeks I waited for a final reply. After the test(2 stage) I was invited to a third interview, and had to decline a job offer from another company. I received a negative automatically generated reply in 2 weeks at 10:00PM in the evening. A screening process that takes more than a month for an unpaid "academy" - this is just unprofessional.
