Found the job through a Craigslist ad. Interviewed for Executive Assistant position first, but was recommended to become a "Digital Marketing Expert" (now called "Pro") because of my diverse skill set. Met with the HR person the first visit, then the head of their fulfillment department, and then the head of their marketing over the course of 3 visits. The interviews were not stressful or full of any technical questions (they were looking for entry-level people).
