Why would and should a hedge fund hire an independent third party like morgan stanley for thier fund and client services
The first round was a phone interview consisting mostly of behavioral and fit questions, as well as market-related questions and questions about the position. The second round involved similar questions and consisted of three consecutive 30-minute interviews conducted via Zoom

Did the Hirevue in February, did the first-round interview in April, then the Superday in May on Zoom. The first-round interview is the basic "tell me about yourself", "walk me through your resume". The superday is about 2 hours long where a member from each division of Fund Services gets to know you. About a week or two after the superday, I received both verbal and offer letter on the same day.
