Colloquio
The process was confusing, and I encountered arrogant people. You apply for a specific position, but then they place you into a talent pool where they allocate you to a team based on what they think fits your skills, completely ignoring your actual skills and experience. They act like know-it-alls; I strongly advise against it, and the salary is really low. The process was supposed to be structured in a specific way: a first interview with brainteasers, statistics, and math questions, followed by quantitative finance interviews. I did six interviews, and they were just brainteasers and a few basic math and stats questions. I don't know why I didn't get an offer; maybe they just didn't like me.

Colloquio
The interview process is a multi-layered journey designed to evaluate professional synergy. It typically begins with a screening call to verify basics, followed by in-depth technical or behavioral rounds where candidates demonstrate their expertise. Successful applicants navigate these hurdles by showcasing not just their skills, but their cultural fit and problem-solving agility, eventually reaching the final negotiation stage.
